APPROACHING THE PROBLEM:
The different types of foods of the human beings are very complex because it’s influenced not only by the economical accessibility, but the traditions and food habits of different societies who have been developing the recipes and dish that will become representatives for a country or a city,besides, the geography allows different organic plantations for the making of new dishes, Due to this we can enjoy different type of dishes that big companies like franchises offer around the World that their specialty is to offer food from different places of the World. Unfortunately not everybody can access to pay this dishes due to it’s high cost.
JUSTIFICATION
This investigation will givethe students of new knowledge regarding food, dishes and ingredients around the World, and also to learn it’s meaning in English.
In our society exists a variety of dishes in restaurants that just by mention them we immediately think of the country of origin because they are related to each country.
OBJECTIVES
GENERAL
To investigate different types of dishes around the World and it’singredients.
SPECIFICS
• Identify the origin of different types of dishes.
• To Make a list of the ingredients of each dish
• Describe a brief history for the recipe
• To determine the nutrition facts of each dish
• To make a list of exotic dishes that are not well relieve in the Salvadoran culture.
Introduction
Gastronomy is a basic characteristic of eachcountry and some dishes are so popular that can be found in any where around the world.
Tastes, ingredients and the way that they are made represent unique dishes and it’s due to that uniqueness that made them so representative for a country.
Besides the simple way that they are made, some has a high nutritional value, and there are other that requires a big amount of fat and eat themregularly can affect human health, and even though they have big demand and popularity anywhere in the world.
Our presentation is focused in worldwide known dishes, in the most popular countries of each continent and by just to be mention we related them to the country of origin.
We are talking about dishes that are so simple like “gallo pinto” in Nicaragua to a complex one in Japan like sushi, thatrequires special habilities to be prepare, in wich we are gonna take a look around the cuisine world that has been evolving from generation to generation.

Different types of sushi
Sushi, From Japan is a dish made out of marinade rice with vinegar, sugar, salt and other ingredients, including sea food. This is one of the most popular dishes known in the Japangastronomy around the world.
Usually we tent to relate sushi with sea food, but it can also have vegetables, eggs or any other complement. Besides, the other fresh food inside the sushi not necessarily has to be raw, it can be either or boiled, fried or marinade. Meaning that the name “sushi” it is referring to the making of rice and any other complement, even though is very tasteful it isnot what it makes the dish. Even though there is a variety of internationally known complements of sushi, the ideal is that each region adopts an a native compliment of each country with sea food and fruits of each region that are related with the local taste and gastronomy. However, sea food coming from fresh water like rivers and lakes shouldn’t be eaten because it may have salmonella....
