International Adoption is theme that is making “revolution”. Some countries are using Internationaladoption for kidnapping, organ trafficking and prostitution, also the kids that are being adopted are losing their identity, nationality and they are never going to know their real parent unless the adoptingfamily want the kids to know them. Some kids have genetic diseases that can affect the adopting family or their future. In other hand, some counties have organizations that prevent these problems.Countries that are in war have orphan kids, so the families that want to adopt are helping the kids so they can have a better future. At this time International Adoption is an issue for the majority ofthe countries.

The Kingdom of Thailand is in favor to the International Adoption, because it has organizations that helps other countries to adopt easily. All adoptions in Thailand must beprocessed through the Child Adoption Center of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW), which is the sole governmental social welfare agency responsible for adoption of Thai children. In 2008, U.S. citizensadopted approximately 59 children from Thailand. Thai law (Adoption Act, April 1979) stipulates strict requirements and procedures for adoption of children in Thailand the process can be very slow. TheThai government requires that adopting parents have a spiritual belief, not a particular religious affiliation, but belief in something.

This committee wants to announce some solutions that canhelp the adoption. More countries can adopt Thai children, if more countries get into this solution the kids can have more ideologies, culture views, ethnicity, and maybe identity and partners can havethe joy to have a son or a daughter.
