COMO PUEDE LA GERENCIA MODERNA HACERLE FRENTE A UN CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL INFLUENCIADO POR FACTORES EXTERNOS TALES COMO ALTA INFLACIÓN, DESABASTECIMIENTO, INCERTIDUMBRE, Y CRISIS DE VALORES.
RESUMEN
Este trabajo tiene como finalidad analizar los factores externos que sacuden negativamente a las empresas en la actualidad Venezolana, para ello se realizó un trabajo de investigación en losdistintos medios disponibles, tales como periódicos e internet con el propósito de estudiar los distintos puntos de vista del fracaso o el éxito de las empresas en el país tomando en cuenta la incertidumbre actual que vivimos.
En estos momentos tenemos uno de los tiempos políticos, económicos y sociales más delicado, incierto e inestable de las últimas décadas: la inflación más alta de losúltimos años, especulación sin nombre, crisis de valores, un índice de escasez de productos básicos muy alto, escasez de dólares, incertidumbre de hacia dónde vamos, la ley del trabajo, la falta de políticas económicas claras, la falta de liquidez en moneda extranjera entre otros factores.
En definitiva el gerente, tanto del sector privado como del público tiene responsabilidad en las decisionesy en la administración de la empresa que direcciona, tomando en cuenta a su vez que el éxito de dichas empresas puede estar condicionado también por el entorno.
Sin embargo la planificación en la gestión gerencial le permite prever y tomar medidas a tiempo aunque lo primordial es prestarle atención a los indicadores financieros estos no serán los únicos a tomarse en cuenta a la hora de lasdecisiones, es por ello que el plan de negocios se le debe sumar mayor importancia en estos tiempos, pues es en este que se ha de calcular los distintos riesgos y sus probabilidades.
Los objetivos de la empresa deben estar claramente definidos y plasmados para saber en todo momento hacia donde se dirigen esto dará pie a que la empresa pueda adaptarse a las situaciones inesperadas sin desviarse delos objetivos.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the external factors that negatively shaken companies currently Venezuelan, it conducteda research work in the different available media, such as newspapers and the internet for the purpose of studying the different viewpoints of the failure or success of firms in the country taking into account the current uncertainty that we live.
Currently we have one of the political, economic and social times delicate, more uncertain and unstable in the last few decades: high inflation inrecent years, speculation without name, crisis of values, a very high rate of commodity shortages, shortages of dollars, uncertainty of where we go, the labour law, the lack of clear economic policiesthe lack of liquidity in foreign currency among other factors.
In short Manager, both from the private sector as the public has responsibility in decision-making and in the management of the companywho directs, taking into account at the same time that the success of these companies can be conditioned also by the environment.
