RESUMEN


A consecuencia del terremoto del 27 de Febrero 2010, el ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo instó a revisar el reglamento normativo que rige el Diseño sísmico de edificios y el Diseño de Hormigón Armado, para realizar algunas modificaciones que mejoraran el proceso, redujeranlos daños y regularizaran los errores cometidos. Como resultado, se confeccionaron dos decretos, uno a consecuencia del otro, que modificaban las normas NCh433 y NCh430. Primero se decretaron los D.S.N°117 y D.S.N°118 para cada norma respectivamente y luego, al pasar un año, estos decretos recibieron un ajuste en algunos de sus parámetros, como por ejemplo, se agregó un tipo nuevo en laclasificación de suelos y se calibró el espectro de diseño en el caso del D.S.N°117.
En este informe se realizará la comparación entre la NCh433 of.96 mod. 2009, el D.S.N°117-2010 y el actual D.S.N°61-2011.



SUMMARY


As a result of the earthquake of February 27, 2010, the Ministry of Housing and Urban urged to review the regulatory rules governing the seismic design of buildings andReinforced Concrete Design to make some modifications to improve the process, reduce the damage and regularize mistakes. As a result, have produced two decrees, one consequence of the other, changing the rules of NCh430 and NCh433. First decreed the D.S.N°117and D.S.N°118 respectively for each standard and then to spend a year, these decrees were an adjustment in some of its parameters, forexample, added a new type of soil classification and calibrated the design spectrum in the case of D.S.N°117.
This report made a comparison between the NCh433 of.96 mod. 2009, D.S.N°117-2010 and the current D.S.N°61-2011.
