Such a big discrepancy, because UCR defines breakingand entering with intent to commit felony. In Australia definition is only breaking and entering.
Types of burglars:
Professional burglar- AKA master burglar, big jobs
Known burglar- notsophisticated, yet produce livelihood, a lot of money.
Young burglar- late teens, early 20’s. Not that sophisticated but will move on to be professional burglar.
Juvenile burglar- under age 16. Preys uponneighborhood. Commits burglary by chance or opportunity.
Junkie bulgar- opportunistic, not very skilled, but uses $ for drugs.
