INTRODUCTION
I will talk about the comparison of two cartoons, the first call Tom & Daly and the second Tom and Jerry, I start talking about , characters, history, reception andproduction staff
DEVELOPMENT
tom & daly is a cartoon within a cartoon , in the animated television series The Simpsons. It usually appears as a part of The Krusty the ClownShow, tom & daly  are based on the cartoons  tom & jerry is while. Tom & jerry is the main cartoon. The two cartoons have a cat and mouse, tom & jerry is more pacific than tom & daly,tom & jerry is less sanguinary than tom & daly. daly is more violent than tom, tom is more intelligent than daly, tom is as ugly than daly, jerry is more friendly than tom, tom isa son of satan and jerry is good, jerry is more intelligent than tom, jerry is less sadistic tom.
Tom &daly first appeared in the Tracey Ullman Show short "The Bart SimpsonShow", which originally aired November 20, 1988. They were the first major recurring characters outside of the Simpson family to appear. They are based on Tom and Jerry and other catand mouse cartoons. As a child, series creator Matt Groening and his friends would fantasize about an ultra violent cartoon and how much fun it would be to work on a show like that.While In 1960, MGM revived the Tom and Jerry franchise, and contacted European animation output Rembrandt Films to produce thirteen Tom and Jerry shorts overseas. All thirteenshorts were directed by Prague-based animator Gene Deitch and produced by company owner William L. Snyder in Czechoslovakia
CONCLUSION
in my opinion tom and jerry, it is the best.But tom and daly , I like it for the violent, although of tom and jerry is the production ( ana, barbera) because if tom and daly if not was cartoon within cartoon would win.
