Insert: feature is active when you open a software program. Move the insertion point to where you want to insert text
Typeover: allows you to replace current text with newlykeyed text
Autocorrect: feature detects and corrects somo typing, spelling, and capitalizstion errors for you automatically.
Underline: feature underlines text as it is keyed.
Italic:feature print letters that slope up toward the right
Bold: feature prints text darker than other copy as it is keyed.
Select text: feature allows you to select (highlight) text to apply formattingchanges to after copy has been keyed.
Cut: feature removes selected text from the current location
Paste: feature places it at another location
Copy: feature copies the selected text so it canbe placed in another location
Undo: feature to reverse the last change you made in text
Redo: feature to reverse the last Undo action
Zoom: feature to increase or decrease the amount of thepage appearing on the screen.
Print preview: view the whole page. Option allows you to preview the document directly to the default printer.
Margins: feature to change the amount of blank space atthe top, bottom, right, and left edges of the paper.
Line spacing: feature to change the amount of white space between lines of text.
Font: is the type, or letters in which a document isprinted
Font size: measured in points
Font color: change the color
Hyphenation: feature automatically divides words that would normally wrap to the next line.
Spelling and Grammar Check: tocheck for misspellings and grammar errors.
Print: feature under Microsoft Office Button offers three options.

Left: alignment to start text at the left maerginCenter: center lines of text between the left and right margins
Right: to start text at the right margin
Justify: align text to both the right and left margin
