COMUNE DI PISA
Dear Sirs:
 
Yours faithfully, the reason for this is to state the following:
 
1) Between late August 2011 and beginning of the month September 2011, trip to Italy, to spend myhoneymoon with my wife.
 
2) I rented a car with Hertz company, which  I canceled before traveling from Guatemala City, Guatemala, Central America.
 
3) Arriving at Hertz, we returned to collectrent the car even though we showed them the voucher payment made in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Central America.
 
4) During our stay in Italy, which certainly was very good, I treated to handle withthe greatest possible caution and the best way, always wondered if you could park in certain places and if there was any movement restrictions in place.
 
5) Returning to Guatemala I claim to perfomthe Hertz and they returned the money BUT IMCOMPLETE, and no longer any subsequent claim. That took place in late September 2011.
 
6) In November 2011, I saw that Hertz made a debit from my accountdeposit money in dollars, using my international debit card that I used on the trip for about $ 200.00 and as you know have been too many frauds by of credit and debit cards, so I report the debit asa FRAUD.
 
7) Some days later, the Company Hertz refund me all my money.
 
8) Late November 2011 or beginning of December 2011, Hertz sent me four notes receivable with a value of 30 euros each,corresponding to the $200.00 that days ago they had cleared my account.  Hertz did not return to have any further communication with me.
 
9) Now in June 2012, the Comune di Pisa sent me four notesof traffic fines of THE COMUNE DI PISA when I was in Italy, which come fully augmented as each one is worth 121 euros each and that I HONESTLY I CAN´T PAY. The numbers of fines are 1646804, 1646807,1647002 and 1647004.
 
 
FOR THE FOREGOING, I ASK YOU THE FOLLOWING:
 
A)  YOU CONSIDER THAT I WENT ON VACATION AND THAT AT NO MOMENT WAS MY INTENTION NOT TO RESPECT OR VIOLATE TRAFFIC LAWS...
