CONCEPT OF PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW
Is a set of rules wich determine wich legal system and the law of wich jurisdiction applies to dispute. And resolve conflicts or cases wich foreign law.

Is try to regulate the legal system for know wich jurisdiction have to applies, and try to the international system and could be:
* Internal: Law, Custom, Decisions andDoctrine
* International treaties: for the states and international organization & agreement for companies.

WHAT DOES STATELESS MEAN
* They can´t be acknowledge in any state or nation and they have not political rights.
WHAT DOES DOUBLE NATIONALITY MEAN
* That´s mean the possibility of adquire another nationality because exist countries that for the fact of stay in their country could be have rights.
HOW CAN WE GET MEXICAN CITIZENSHIP
* Havingreached 18 years old
* Having and honest means of livehood
EXPLAIN ONE GENERAL PRINCIPLE LAW

STATE: Is the institution that governs and directs a country. The state is a political concept that refers to a form of social organization wich has the power to regulate national.NATION: Are the people or population living within the country and should obey the set of rules of law by the state. Nation involve: cultural and social-ideological concept.
COUNTRY: The word country may refer to a state, nation or region country refers to a geographical area wich have an independent political entity with its own government.
NATIONALITY: is the relationship between an individual anda state nation.
CITIZENSHIP: an individual capable to exercising political rights in a state.
HOW CAN A FOREIGNER LOSE THE NATIONALITY BY NATURALIZATION:
* For to stay abroad for five years outside the country.
