To: Captain of the ______________ From: Puerto Mejillones S.A. / Terminal Mejillones S.A. You are about to begin operations in Puerto Mejillones S.A. pleaseconsider the following information to ensure a successful operation. In addition to the checking procedures performed by our port operator (Ultraport Ltda.), the port and national authorities conductrandom inspections in order to evaluate the performance of operations in our facilities. For your own protection, and that of your crew, do not transit through our facilities without the mandatory safetygear (safety helmet, shoes, glasses and jacket). All the crew members are required to present proper identification at the access control point upon entrance and exit. Furthermore, below is a list ofstrongly prohibited actions:  Spilling of any kind of contaminant fluid (hydrocarbons, oil, paint, etc.), in any amount, into the sea or our facilities.  Initiation of activities that involve riskof an explosion or fire without notification of port authorities.  Dropping any kind of material, waste or cargo, in any amount or mix, into the sea or our facilities, without notification of portauthorities.  Entrance to operational areas (maintenance workshop, Electrical Rooms, Cranes, etc). Condition valid for the unloading of sulfuric acid only  Working Pressure: min. 8,5 bar - max. 10 barFlow Rate: 500-530 MT / h

Transgressions could lead to interruption of operation and notice to the maritime and port authorities.
