Quien al principio de su relación define su estado de pareja como bueno, sin embargo, gracias a las técnicas realizadas en ella en la tercera sesión habla acerca de que debe haber un cambio para bien en su vida . Las técnicas de recolección de datos utilizadas fueron la entrevistaindividual y la autobiografía.Conforme al análisis realizado durante esta investigación se encontró que: la Confluencia en la pareja es resultado de muchos factores como, la historia personal, la baja autoestima y la falta de límites claros.
También, se encontró que los sentimientos predominantes en una
Relación confluente son el miedo a la soledad, la desconfianza en
La pareja y los celos. Laconclusión de esta investigación la da la misma participante en la tercera sesión, al decir que sabe que aún no está lista para cambiar su situación, en este momento no es capaz de darse cuenta, de manera conciente de su situación pero con más tiempo de ayuda podrá hacerlo

ABSTRACT
This document is the product of aresearch that aims to discover whether it is possible to reach the insight of the confluence in the couple of couple, discovering in the way the aspects that contribute to the confluence from a point of view gestaltico, through a qualitative research, and the phenomenological method, we analyzed the personal experience of the participant on the subject, and the meaning for her that experience.
Theparticipants in this investigation is a woman of 23 years of age, who at the beginning of your relationship defines its state of couple as good, however, thanks to the techniques made in it at the 3RD meeting speaks about that there should be a change for the better in your life. The data collection techniques used were the individual interview and the autobiography
According to the analysis madeduring the investigation it was found that: the confluence in the couple is the result of many factors, such as the personal history, low self-esteem and the lack of clear limits. Also, it was found that the prevailing sentiments in a relationship confluent are the fear of loneliness, mistrust of the couple and their jealousy.
The conclusion of this inquiry is given by the same participant in thethird meeting, to the say that you know is not yet ready to change your situation, it is currently not able to realize, consciously of their situation, but with more time for aid may be doing so key words: partner, confluence, personal history,insight and gestalt.
