PERSONAL POSITIONING
On Monday we attended the conference or Personal Personal Branding Positioning, which referred to seek and acquire skills that will help them excel orachieve some professional recognition as having or developing other skills that we have gives us a plus for the moment to go in search of a job.
The Personal Branding is a concept consisting consideroneself as a brand, like trademarks must be processed, transmitted and protected mood differentiate themselves.
The power of the brand is associated with the ability to influence. A personal brand takestime, patience and method.
To achieve recognition is necessary:
• Be Known
• Build trust
Another interesting part and that deserves mention is that to succeed we must build relationships withwhich we can develop business links.
For people to know you, you build relationships and generate and show confidence.
There are four levels of relationship:
Connection: is knowing who you are, whatyou do, where you are, the other person.
Link: This is when you have a personal relationship with the person.
Psychological contract: Occurs when establishing a partnership.
Unconditional: It iswhen developing a supportive relationship.
