John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born on May 29th, 1917 in Massachussets and died on November 22nd, 1963. He was the 35th president of the United States serving from 1961 until hisassassination in 1963. JFK was killed as he traveled in an open-top car in Dallas, Texas at 12:30 PM, the Texas Governor was also injured. Within 2 hours Mr. Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the murderof a policeman, then he was accused of murdering the president, but on November 24th a nightclub owner Jack Ruby shot and killed Oswald when he was being transferred to the county jail.
In 1964, acommission was formed to investigate the facts of the assassination, that commisision concluded that Oswald had acted alone. Critics suggested a conspiracy and different authors believed that therehad been a conspiracy. Many years later in 1979, the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) agree with the first comission that Oswald assassinated Kennedy, but found serious flaws in the FBIinvestigations. The HSCA concluded that at least 4 shots were fired and probably 2 gunmen fired at the president, so the idea of a conspiracy was probable.
There are many conspiracy theories abouthis assassination that have not been a 100% proved, but some of them are for example: “More than one gunman”, “CIA”, “Secret service”, “Cuban”, “Soviet”, “Israeli”, “New Orleans”, and many more.The Secret Service conspiracy expresses that a conspiracy was probable. Among its findings, the HSCA stated that the President had not received adequate protection in Dallas, that the Secret Servicehad information that was not well analyzed, investigated or used by the Secret Service in conection with the President’s trip to Dallas. They also think that the agents didn´t protect correctly thepresident from a sniper.
