Compare and contrast this decision – making process with ways that decisions are normally made either in your family, business orin our society. Describe the implications of using this new way of making decision for conflict and consensus. Describe how consultation relates to the concept of justice we studied.
The decisionswe make in our society are made or regulate in politics by the president. He has the power to make it, because we choose him in general elections. This doesn’t follow the format that consultationsuggests, that’s the exchange of opinions in a free mode and it doesn’t have to be imposed or influence by someone else idea. In this particular case, its guide by it, because in elections people elect thepresident candidate that have a politic view that goes according or accomplish their virtues.
In business I can talk about the example of my mom that always be late al launch, because she have somelabor meetings to carry out. The business manager moderates the consultation most of the time, he announce the meeting 3 hours before and invite the principals responsible of each area in the bank.Each one have to prepared a financial result that indicates how the department is going on. Based on the results and the information that each principal give to the manager, he plan the next to weeksprogram to improve the company and achieve their mission and vision. This type of consultations follows the directions suggest by the reading, but have one problem that the truth its taken by themanager, which his purpose is generating more money for the bank, instead of making feel the people that work there comfortable. He have to be in force to attack his values and think that before being amanager his was one more of the employers in his work.
