PMI’S REGISTERED CONSULTANT PROGRAM (RCP) APPLICATION & AGREEMENT
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION
These instructions will guide you through the process of submitting the proper documentation to support your RCP application. The directions will tell you what you need to submit and in which formats. Documents must be in English or accompanied by a description of the documents in anEnglish translation. To ensure confidentiality of applicant information and the protection of intellectual property rights for all materials submitted to PMI for review, the submitted application will be treated as confidential as per PMI’s Confidentiality Policy.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS – ATTACHMENTS
This documentation is required of ALL applicants. Required attachments for each RCP: Item 1:Evidence of having been in business for a minimum of five calendar years preceding the date of application: your organization’s business charter, articles of incorporation, accreditation by an appropriate accrediting body, or evidence of recognized proprietorship. Item 2: Evidence of having provided project, program or portfolio management consulting services for a minimum of five calendar yearsimmediately preceding the date of application;. for example: customer letter, customer completed evaluation form, Project Scope Document. Item 3: This completed application, which identifies the person responsible for administration of RCP participation. The application requires the signature of the responsible person. Note: You are not required to submit case studies with your application. You willbe able to upload the case study after your application is approved.

RCP APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Please complete the entire application before submitting; upon approval and receipt of payment, you will receive an email, which will provide instructions for loading your firm’s information into the PMI Consultant Registry. Submit your application to PMI by e-mail, fax or postal mail. Credit Cardinformation should be sent by eFax only. Be sure to attach all required documents to your e-mail. For e-mail attachments greater than 3MB, please contact regconsultant@pmi.org. Submitting your application more than once will delay processing. Email is the preferred method of submission. If the entire application cannot be sent electronically, you can send the application, required supportingdocumentation except for credit card information and payment by fax or postal mail.
