In this following research to be presented the findings about Barriers that hinder the speaking level in the English students attending oral ExpressionIII of Bachelor Degree in English at Universidad de Oriente. The realization of this research does not pretend to provide a finished document or final result regarding psychological barriers; but toprovide a significant resource to minimize the problem which affects the oral development of students in the career of Bachelor degree in English, we look at the approach of English pronunciation ofstudents of English in UNIVO university. Starts whit the statement of problem, which describes the cause and effect of psychological barriers in oral development, Including brief but clear informationabout psychological barriers such as: anxiety, inhibition, and self-esteem and also describes their correlation to second language learning, specially directed to oral skills.
