One of the most important concerns of our time is the environmental quality of the environment. For this reason the adequate protection and conservation of the environment represents one of the mostimportant challenges facing humanity. It is clear that drastic changes and very strict rules are needed if we want to preserve the quality of life on the planet. As members of society must participateactively in the creation of laws and regulations that have a beneficial impact on the environment, our health and the economy.
