CONTRACT OF SALES & PURCHASE Iron Ore
The present contract has been duly entered and bound by the parties, hereafter referred to as “the Seller” on the
one side and referred to as “the Buyer” onthe other.

Whereas the Seller agreed to sell and the Buyer agreed to buy the Iron Ore according to the following terms and
conditions.Siendo que el vendedor acepta vender y el comprador acepta comprar el Mineral de Hierro de acuerdo a los
siguientes términos y condiciones.
The Seller sells and the Buyer buys on the basis of FOBManzanillo port, Mexico, Incoterms 2010. The Iron
Ore hereafter referred to as “Goods”, in accordance with the specifications stipulated in clause 1 & 2.
Objeto del contrato
El vendedor vende y elcomprador adquiere bajo las bases FOB (esto es las siglas de “Free On Board” que
significa que es responsabilidad del vendedor hasta que se encuentra embarcado el producto) en el puerto deManzanillo, México, y bajo los INCOTERMS 2010. El Mineral de Hierro de aquí en adelante será referido
como “Bienes”, de acuerdo a las especificaciones estipuladas en las cláusulas 1 y 2.
