Delivery Terms:

1. Seller issues a genuine, original, clean, clear,un-sanitised Full corporate offer (FCO), signed and sealed (this document) and a Pro-forma invoice

2. Buyer and Seller negotiate, sign and seal the FCO.

3. Seller verifies the Au metal,provides the certificate of authority to sell, the quantity available and discloses any/all liens and encumbrances attached to the metal


4. Seller delivers the Au metal to thebuyer’s airport.
5.1 Airway bill
5.2 Certificate confirming that gold is free, clear of all liens and encumbrances, freely tradable, exportable and of non-criminal origin
5.3Certificate of deposit
5.4 Certificate of legal ownership

5. Buyer pays Sellerwithin 72 hours against the assay report, transfer of ownership and risk of the Au metal.
Buyer pays commissions to Intermediaries at the same time that payment is made to
Seller.
