Contract of sale

Conditional sales agreement, made this eighth day for may 12 between the Desiré Archila Moreno, Dayton Ohio hereinafter called the“Seller” and Marcus Alfred residing at 150 Forest Avenue in the city of Dayton, state of Ohio, hereinafter called the “Buyer”

Witnesseth: that the buyer hasthis day conditionally purchased from the seller, subject to the terms and the conditional hereof, certain personal property, as listed below:

The buyer agrees to pay the seller for said property and the use thereof the sum of $ 52,00 dollars on the signing of thecontract, and $20,00 dollars of the first day of every month hereafter

The title on the property abode described shall remain in the seller until the terms ofthis contract have been fully complied with. In case of any default in the performance of the terms and condition hereof, or in the event the seller deemsitself insecure, the seller shall have the right to declare the full unpaid amount immediately due and payable and or the retake all the property. Buyeragrees not the move, sets, mortgage, encumber, pledge, or otherwise dispose or the property until paid for in full. Upon the performance by the buyer of all theconditions of this contract, title to the property is to vest in the buyer. It is mutually agreed that this instrument sets forth the entire contract.
