Copa Mexicana

INTRODUCTION

This research work on the subject of English is to make known the history of nachos especially the dish "Mexican drink" and as preparing.

To better understand the content of thetopic separately define the meaning of nachos and the dish "Copas Mexicanas.”

Nachos. The nachos are a Mexican dish consisting of fried tortilla chips covered with triangular with cheese.

“CopaMexicana.” This dish consists to have several layers of sauces and beans are placed in order, and have nachos with cheese on top.

Our theme is focused on the realization of a "Copa Mexicana" which was developed by members of the group, for the purpose of demonstrating a type of food at the foodfair in Zamorano.









HISTORY
The Nachos are rooted in the city of Piedras Negras, Coahuila in the year 1943 at the Victoria Club. The story goes that one day came several wives of someU.S. military after the restaurant closed, then the waiter, Ignacio Anaya, artfully prepared them a meal with what little he had available: tortillas and cheese. The tortillas were cut into atriangle and put to fry adding Wisconsin cheddar cheese. This dish was a great pleasure for the ladies, so I asked the name of the dish, to which Anaya replied quickly: Special Nachos, then the waiter Anayasoon added to its menu Special Nachos calling. Nacho's name comes from the nickname of its creator Ignacio, a native of Acuña, Coahuila.

In 1995, officially declared the birthplace of PiedrasNegras as Nacho. Since then every October is celebrated in this city the International Nacho Festival, also known as Nacho Fest. “www.taringa.net”
