Corruption In Colombia

(Why many governments are corrupt and what we are can do to stop it?)

Man is by nature a political animal what this quote wants to tell us. DoHumans practice politics as an instinct? or do humans use politics as animals? Do animals use politics, what do you mean?
Corruption is a very good example of humans using politic as animal withexceptions, but practicing politic is like playing with the devil in some cases. The whole world is infested with corruption but let’s start with our (my) home. The whole world? I was a politician in theUK, I found no corruption at all.

In Cartagena there are many cases of corruption, for example when the periods of governmentelections starts, Buying votes in poor neighborhood is common, they cost just 3000 pesos each. Government give money from our taxes to build new roads for our city, the people that is in charge of givingthat money for have used it for personal benefit. Administrative frauds such as: stealing money that is designed for public’s universities. You need to prove this, research and cite
Maybe inform to apolitical entities in charge of security will reduce the rate of corruption in our city,Don´t know what this means
but the main problem occurs when people that should report corruption don´t do so,maybe because they are afraid of been murdered or they receive money in exchange for silence.
This not only happen in Cartagena but this happens all over our country (Colombia) to for example Theex – president of Colombia reelection was a fraud called yidispolitic what is this? This consisted of people who supported Alvaro Uribe voting for him more than once Research cite. Or (agroingresoseguro) the government gives money to peasants for land. And people get advantage and divide their land , I do not understand this, please make clearer but put it to another person name so they could...
