* Introduction
* This project workshop in March we are discussing various social factors in our society, such assexual orientation is one of the most controversial issues were in our society, that measures should be used to understand more about this topic, how to handle in our society , school, work, home. On the other hand also discuss about Conflict theory, Functionalist, symbolic integrationist, also in this project share an analysis of social security in the U.S. And how it relates to our society today.
 You will share with my classmate’s one PowerPoint presentation about personality, their characteristics and handling of it, this project was carried out in order to be aware of the reality we face today in our social status in cultural, environmental and psychological of every human being.


The Functionalist perspective: The education serves many important functions in our society. First,it socializes children and prepares them for life in society. Is not only done by teaching them by book, is also teaching the society culture. Including moral values, ethics, politics, religious belief, habits and norms. Second, education provides occupational training, especially industrialized societies such as the United States. Unlike less complex from father to son an mother, most jobs inUnited States required at least a high education, and many professions require college or post-graduate degree and the third function that education serves, according to functionalist theorists, is social control, or the regulation of unusual behavior. By requiring young people to attend school, this keeps them off the streets and out of trouble.
The symbolic interaction: vision of education focuseson interactions during the school process and the outcomes of those interactions. The interactions between students and teachers can begins to expect certain behavior from students, which in turn can actually create that very behavior. White teacher expects from black student to perform below average on math test when compared to white students, over time the teacher act in ways that giveconfidence the black students to get below average math scores.
Conflict theory: Looks at the disintegrative and disruptive aspects education. These theorists argue that education is unequally distributed through society and is used to separate groups, based on class, gender, or race. Educational level, according to conflict theorists, also is used as a tool for discrimination, such as when potentialemployers require certain educational credentials that may or may not be important for the job. It discriminates against minorities, working-class people, and women, those who are often less educated and least likely to have credentials because of discriminatory practices the educational system.








Analysis: The issue of social security is always at the forefront ofdiscussion especially among older people who get these benefits. In 2021 the interest ceases to cover the cost of the program, which provides benefits to more than 55 million people currently, the fund is expected to run out of money in 2033, three years ahead of schedule last year according in 2012, the Social Security administration reported that there are several options that are circulating inWashington to keep the program afloat longer, including cutting taxes and removing stages of fiscal revenues to channel more money into the system.
Addiction is another problem on the benefits of social security rights are not legal citizens in the country and those who have worked hard to pay the Social Security in order to obtain the same rights as any citizen living in the United States. They say...
