Period-510-5-11Small Plane Crashes into a Ride during a Festival in Australia
This happen in Sydney, Australia. Asmall superlight cheetah S200 carried two
passengers crashed into the carnival ride said because of poor weather. On the first morning of
the annual two-day festival in the town of Old Bar about220 miles north of Sydney on
Australia’s eastern coast. The small plane crashed October 1, 2011. Two kids were trapped in
the ride for 1 an hour and a half their age were 9 and 13. Also two peoplewere dangled in the
plane in top of the ride which was about 30 ft. tall. The crashed brought an early end to the
two-day festivities, but thankfully no serious injuries happen. The pilot said hedidn’t see the
Ferris wheel until he hit it. And that he hoped no one got hurt. The plane had taken off from a
nearby airfield before he couldn’t see anything because of the weather. Theauthorities thank
the bad weather from keeping more children away from the ride. Which had been packed
earlier in the day. Then everyone got taken down and were able to walk away from it. When
the put thekids down the oldest said he was in a hell of a shock. They still don’t know if it was
