The two main modals here are must and have to. The difference between them is usually given as follows:
El modal must indica obligaciones o reglas, también probabilidades o suposiciones.
Grammar:I/You/He/She etc. must wear a uniform at school. (Es una regla.)
I/You/He/She etc. must not eat in class. (No esta permitido.)
Wh Questions or Must + subject + complement (?)
To express a lack ofobligation we cannot just automatically add not to the modal verbs.
He must sing loudly.
He must not (mustn’t) sing loudly.
Preguntas afirmativas:
What must be that?
¿Que deberia ser eso?
Whenmust we be there?
¿Cuándo debemos estar allá?
Who must I talk to?
¿Con quién debo hablar?
Y en preguntas retoricas:
Must you make so much noise? = Please be quiet.
¿Debes hacer tanto ruido?  Por favor, silencio.  
Must he ask so many questions? = I hope he stops asking questions.
¿Debe hacer tantas preguntas?   Espero que termine con sus  preguntas.
Might indican unaacción que puede pasar en el futuro.
I/You/He/She etc. + might + complement
I/You/He/She etc. + might not or mightn't + complement
Might + subject + complement (?)
Might we offer you a suggestion?¿Podemos ofrecerle una sugerencia?
