7, this is a video which gives a very clear explanation on how to do Kippin pull ups. Personally Ithink this would be easy to do as you use the momentum to go up everytime, nevertheless as some people in the class aren’t able to do pull ups I gave it a 7. In the video we are able to see howto properly do the pull ups and how not to do the pull ups.
I choose this one to do in class as all we need is a pull up bar, and learn the technique it’s going to be fun to watch who can dothe most. I wouldn’t change anything from it as it is a very simple exercise.

1, this video doesn’t give anexplanation, but it does show you how to do it in a very clear way. We can see the different variations that you can do, when you’re practicing towel pull ups. I think this is a very difficultexercise, as you’ll need more strength than you use for normal pull ups.

5, In this video we can see how toproperly perform a power snatch, and this can be done with different weights according to your preferences.

This is a very hard exercise and it requires a whole lot of strengthin your arms and it may also need strength in your core.

4, In this video we can see how toproperly perform this exercise, you can see the amount of fatigue that it may cause in the trainees face, you will need a lot of strength in your core to perform this exercise correctly....
