First of all I want to thank you for your email concerning my arrival in London. I am sorry to hear that youwill not be available to receive me at the airport, but I would be really pleased to meet your colleague instead.
However, I regretto inform you that my arrival at London Airport has been rescheduled, for technical reasons on my flight I will take anotherflight that will arrive at15:00. I hope that the change to my schedule will not cause her any problems.
I would be grateful if youcould confirm the new arrangements as soon as possible.

Anyway, I´d like to tell you that the time of my flight has been changed because of some weather conditions andI´ll arrive earlier, at 15.00. I hope this will be OK. About your girl Maddie, I think I´ll recognize her with that umbrella andI´d be happy to meet her.
I see you on Tuesday then. I can´t wait to get there and ask about the Coldplay tickets!!
