NewCrude Oil Storage Facilities Under Construction and Under Development
        Cushing Terminal.    During 2009, we will begin construction on additional crude oil tankage at our Cushing terminal. Theproject will include the construction of three 570,000-barrel tanks with the option to add a fourth tank during construction. This expansion is supported by long-term customer commitments. The estimatedcost of construction is approximately $46 million.
        Patoka & St. James Terminals and Dock.    During 2009, we will begin construction on light-product storage tankage at the Patoka andSt. James terminal locations. The project will include the construction of two 300,000-barrel tanks at the Patoka terminal and three 300,000-barrel tanks at the St. James terminal. This new tankage atboth facilities will complement the new dock that is currently under construction at the St. James location. The cost of the project in aggregate, including the dock, is estimated to be approximately$167 million.

Hyundai Oilbank Co., South Korea’s fourth-biggest refiner, began construction of a site to store oil and petrochemical products as part of its plan to become a regionalfuel distributor.
Construction of the storage facility at Ulsan harbor, southeast of Seoul, will cost 100 billion won ($86 million), Seoul-based Hyundai said in an e-mailed statement today.
Thecompany plans to store oil from domestic suppliers and handle cargoes in transit from Japan and Singapore, Chief Executive Officer Kwon Oh Gap said in the statement. The Ulsan facility, which will...
