Grados API y Peso Específico
La medida de Grados APIes una medida de cuanto pesa un producto de petróleo en relación al agua. Si el producto de petróleo es más liviano que el agua y flota sobre el agua, su grado API es mayor de 10. Los productos de petróleo que tienen un grado API menor que 10 son más pesados que el agua y se asientan en el fondo.
