UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF ANIMALS
Preamble:
Considers that any Animal has rights.
Whereas disregard and contempt for such rights have led and continue driving the man to commitcrimes against nature and the animals.
Considering that the recognition by the human species of the rights of the existence of other animal species is the foundation of the coexistence of species in theworld.
Considering that man commits genocide and there is the threat that continue to commit it.
Considering that respect for the animals by man is linked to the respect of men among themselves.Considering that education should teach, since childhood, to observe, understand, respect and love the animals.
Proclaims the following:
Article 1 : All animals are born equal in life and have thesame rights to existence.
Article 2:
(a) all Animal entitled to respect.
(b) the man, as the animal, species cannot be attributed the right to kill other animals or exploit them violating thatright. You have the obligation to put your knowledge to the service of animals.
(c) all animals have the right to care, care and protection of the man.
Article 3:
(a) any Animal will be subjected toill-treatment or cruel acts.
(b) if the death of a pet is required, this should be instant, painless and not generating anxiety.
Article 4:
(a) all Animal belonging to a wild species you have theright to live free in your own environment natural, Earth, air or water, and reproduce.
(b) any deprivation of liberty, even that which is for educational purposes, is contrary to that law.
Article5:
(a) all Animal belonging to a species that traditionally live in the environment of man, you have the right to live and to grow at the pace and conditions of life and freedom that arecharacteristic of their species.
(b) changes in the rate or conditions that were imposed by man for commercial purposes is contrary to the law.
