Your actual boyfriend or girlfriend may not be as romantic as the previous one. He/she may not say I LOVE YOU every day, may not give you flowers every week, but this person is shouting his/herlove to you with attitudes.

We are waiting impatiently to listen to the words ¨ I LOVE YOU¨ hmmm the magic words….

Now, if you ask me, how can I know if he/she really loves me???

Thebible says in the book of Corinthians 13.

Love is patient and kind, love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way, love is not irritable, and it keeps norecord of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures trough everycircumstance. Love will last forever.

Now, substitute the word ¨love¨ in this verse with the name of the person you care about. For example: John is patient and kind, John is not jealous or proudor rude, John does not demand it´s own way…….

Love is action and attitude.

Your husband may not tell you everyday I LOVE YOU, but he is working hard every day for you. Every time he iscoming back from work, he is coming back from LOVING YOU. Instead of complaining for the time he is spending at work. Love him back with a hot soup served on the table.

Your couple´s love may notbe perfect, but God´s love for you is perfect.

God is not making bubbles in the sky saying I LOVE YOU to convince you about his love, but he is showing his love with actions.

The bible says¨God is love¨. Now substitute the word love in the same verse with the word God. It would sound like:

God is patient and kind, God is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. God does notdemand it´s own way. God is not irritable, God is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever the truth wins out, God never gives up, never loses faith….. THIS IS THE WAY GOD LOVES YOU AND ME.
