 Sourcing
In business, the term word sourcing refers to a number of procurement practices, aimed at finding, evaluating and engaging suppliers of goods and services
 ProcurementIs the acquisition of goods and/or services. It is favorable that the goods/services are appropriate and that they are procured at the best possible cost to meet the needs of the purchaser in termsof quality and quantity, time, and location. Corporations and public bodies often define processes intended to promote fair and open competition for their business while minimizing exposure to fraudand collusion.
 Warehousing
A procedure whereby a company gradually builds up a holding of shares in a company it wishes to takeover in the future. The process of storing goods within a storagefacility. The acquiring company "warehouses" small lots of shares by holding them under the name of a nominee. Companies use the warehousing technique of share acquisition when they wish to remainanonymous or are unable to make a public tender offer.
