El VD las lleva a maduración y activación (las CD infectadas y las que la rodean) con expresión de moléculas HLA, moléculas co-estimuladoras y producción de citoquinas. La presencia o ausencia relativa de IFN en el microambiente celular modula la intensidad de la inmunidad celular.

Los linfocitos T son activados in vivo por la infección del dengue. Los linfocitos T CD4 son los primeros que se activan durante la viremia con producción de interferon gamma e interleukina 2. La activación de los linfocitos CD8 ocurre posteriormente....
