III) Age between50 – 70: 19,500 (Most of them can speak, though mother tongue of most, they are at least bilingual and almost always prefer the other tongue to speak)
IV) Age between 70 – 90: 44,000 (Mother tongueand preferred language, though almost all at least bilingual, language shift occurs in speech)
V) Age more than 90: 19,000 (Mother tongue and preferred language, best speakers)
