The game was very violent that around the 1300’s, a Britain king passed laws to try to stop the playing of the game. In the 1800’s this game became to be known as football or soccer inthe United Kingdom. At the time football was very popular in the northwest of Europe and different universities started looking for ways and rules to make this typical game less violent. Eversince the foundation of this association, football has become one of the best love games in history. Now, hundreds of thousands of people practice this sport, although it does not have its initialviolent characteristics, is well known around the world for its professional tournaments.
In modern time soccer have become very popular amount teenagers and young adults. With theintroduction of television and the internet in the last quarter of the 1900’s, the access to these events is a lot easier than past times. For many people soccer is just a regular sport, play as anextracurricular activity but for others is a way to scape reality and encounter with their inner childhood. Soccer is a very important part of my life, is a sport that every time I play, it remindsme of the happy moments that I had in the past.At an early age, I was introduced to this sport by my uncle, he wasmy male figure, rolled model, and I wanted to be just like him. Thecircumstances of life make me be more attached to my mother’s family side, and it’swhere Istarted practicing and learning the rules of the game.During all this years playing soccer, I met a lot ofindividuals that had contributed to my personal life and had guided me in which path in life to take. In many ways soccer has helped me physically and mentally is been a supplement to my life.
