Depression
WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT?
Happiness believe it or not, is one of the most important things in life for a human. Can you imagine a world without smiles? You would get sickor die of sadness, your body wouldn't work well, you would get in depression, anxiety, bad humor, headaches, stomachaches, etc.
The thing is that if you are not happy you don't produce endorphines.Now, endorphines function as neurotransmitters, they are produced by the pituitary gland and the hipothalamus in vertebrates during exercise, excitement, pain, consumption, of spicy food, and love,they resemble the opiates (in other words drugs) in their abilities to produce analgesia and a feeling of well-being, your life will be in such a mess if you don't have them.
I will tell you aboutsome activities that you can do to produce endorphines.
☞Have a good diet.- If you eat french fries, chips, meat, and drink coke, fanta, pepsi, etc.
You'll feel bad, you'll think that you aretired everyday because life is bad ad mad at you, but NOT, if you start to be on a good diet, you'll notice that your body will feel more comfortable, without bad digestion and bad humor, you'll feelactive and happy, you'll want to do everything, and your body will have a better look.
☞Sports.- When you do exercise, your brain starts to feel better and produces endorphines, when you stop doingit, you feel bad and tired, that you'll have the necesity of do it again, exersice is one of the most important things in life, because you'll have an excellent body and health, you'll feel so goodthat you'll love it.
☞ Music.- Music is beautiful and makes you feel special things, sometimes, it will make you feel sad, motivated, happy, nostalgic, active or angry, music is life and feelings, italso makes your brain release endorphines, I can't without it, enjoy it.
