Instituciones de crédito no bancarias y organizaciones auxiliares del crédito.

Las instituciones de crédito surgen en México en la década de los 40 la crisisprovocada por la nacionalización de la banca privada en la década de los 80 obligó al gobierno de México, impulsar el crecimiento de las instituciones auxiliares de crédito.
Las organizaciones y actividades auxiliares del crédito, como lo dice son auxiliares de crédito, pero no son auxiliares de los bancos y de la autoridad financiera.
La oferta de los bancos es la intermediación entre lacaptación en la colocación de dinero, ya que las organizaciones auxiliares del crédito, completan algunas operaciones financieras.
Antiguamente las organizaciones auxiliares del crédito estaban reglamentadas por la ley bancaria de 1941 que eran:
* Almacenes generales de depósito.
* Bolsas de valores.
* Cámara de compensación.
* Uniones de crédito.
