SISTEMA INQUISITIVO:
Es un sistema cerrado. Eldefensor no tiene contacto con el imputado ni con las actuaciones hasta despues de la declaracion indagatoria.-
SISTEMA ACUSATORIO
El abogado tiene acceso a lasactuaciones y tiene una estrevista previa con el acusado antes de su declaracion
En Bs As no existe declaracion indagatoria (declaracion a tenor del Art. 308 odeclaracion del imputado)
El sistema inquisitivo es escrito y privado. El acusatorio es oral y publico. En este ultimo hay libertad probatoria, en el inquisitivo,no.-
