Derecho Procesal Civil Romano.
1. Explique la importancia del D° Romano Procesal en el sistema jurídico romano.
R: El Derecho Procesal Civil Romano fue degran importancia para la solución de controversias con la creación de los órganos competentes para administrar justicia y de esta manera los particulares no se hicieran justicia por su propia mano. Convirtiendo al Estado Romano en la mayor expresión de fuente del derecho que perdura hasta nuestros días.
2. Identifica y explica cada uno de los órganos jurisdiccionales.
R: Durante la Monarquíaen Roma, el poder estaba centrado en la figura del Rey, quien era juez supremo. Ya para la época de la República inicia la organización judicial con tribunales y jueces.
Los Magistrados jurisdiccionales más importantes fueron los pretores:
*Pretor Urbano: que atendía los casos referentes a los ciudadanos romanos.
