Part 1: Working at Home.
Contrary to popular belief, working from home is not as appealing as one might think. This is especially true for those lacking the disciplineto work in an environment posing a multitude of distractions. When working at home, there is a compromise between work and domestic duties, whilst the workplace is reserved exclusively for work.This dissociation between the two is crucial in maintaining psychological health as it may be seen as a way of escaping problems at home. Moreover, the office gives people the chance to interact withothers and make them feel as part of a community since they all have things in common.

Part 2: Brands.
Companies strive to achieve a strong brand identity which, for consumers, is synonymouswith a particular good. It is this degree of familiarity that is paramount to the ever- growing success of firms and the reason why they are increasingly involved in psychological welfare. The endresult of such vast emphasis on marketing and consumer retention is the creation of trust and quality assurance. Businesses seek to reinforce this bond by aligning their values with those ofcostumers, and in doing so endeavor to disguise controversial corporate practice. Brands, however, do not only influence consumer behavior but also that of its employees who recognize the value of the brandand as such are inspired by it, leading to higher productivity.

Part 3: Impact of Mining
The negative repercussions of mining on the local community are manifold and more often than not areleft unresolved due to the costs associated with restoring the resultant damage, which in some cases can be irreversible. The arrival of mining companies has severe implications for the environment, inwhich vast areas of land face deforestation on a scale that is by no means sustainable and where mountain peaks are cut-off upsetting the nature´s balance as well as creating visual pollution.
