Children's rights are a set of rules of international law that protects people up to a certain age. Each and every one of the children's rights areinalienable and indispensable, so that no one can violate them or ignore them under any circumstances. Several documents set out the rights of children internationally, including the Declaration of the Rightsof the Child and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Since the November 20, 1959, the General Assembly of the United Nations approved the Convention on the Rights of the Child, has beeninstitutionalized on 20 November as International Day for the Rights of the Child.
Children's rights:
RIGHT TO LIFE: The child shall enjoy the best conditions for their development, adequate foodand home. Definitely good quality of life.
RIGHT TO HEALTH: Whenever the child is ill, should be treated by a doctor and medicines and care necessary for their healing.
RIGHT TO EDYCATION: Everychild should learn to read and write. They also have the right to enjoy their free time and participate in cultural and artistic activities.
FAMILY LAW: The child needs to take care of theirparents and when this is not possible or has no family , society will look for a home to grow up happy.
RIGHT TO PROTECTION FROM ANYDISCRIMINATION: All children possess the same rights regardless ofrace, sex, language or religion.
RIGHT TO PROTECTION FROM ABUSE: All children must be respected by adults, no one can humiliate or ill. "No".
RIGHT TO PROTECTION FROM OPERATIONS: No child shouldengage in activities that endanger their health. Under the old regulated, you should not under any circumstances.
RIGHT TO PEACE: Children should not intervene in any war or be tortured, imprisoned orsentenced to death. Educational measures should prevail over retaliation.
