Construction and Land development Loans: This variable fell dramatically from 17% to 6%.
Nonfarm Nonresidential Loans: This variable had a moderate rise from 9% to 10%.
1-4 Family Residential Property Loans: This variable had a gradual growth from 5% to 13%.

2002 - 2003
Construction and Land Development Loans: This variable had a sudden improvementfrom 6% to 11%
Nonfarm Nonresidential Loans: This variable fell moderately from 11% to 10%

2003 - 2004
Construction and Land Development Loans: This variable grew substantially from 11% to 25%
Nonfarm Nonresidential Loans: This variable increased slightly from 10% to 11%.
1-4 Family Residential PropertyLoans: This variable had a steady increase and reached a peak from 11% to 18%.

2006 - 2007
Construction and Land Development Loans: This variable fell abruptly from 28% to 12%
Nonfarm Nonresidential Loans: This variable had amoderate decline from 10% to 8%
1-4 Family Residential Property Loans: This variable decreased slightly from 6% to 3%

2007- 9/2008
Construction and Land Development Loans: This variable fell until its lowest point from 12% to 0.08%.
Nonfarm Nonresidential Loans: This variable increased moderately from 8% to 11.05%.
1-4 Family Residential Property Loans: This variable dropped steadily andreached its lowest point from 3% to -2.66%.

In general the construction and Land Development Loans variable had the highest rate of fluctuation in comparison to the other two variables; the Nonfarm Nonresidential Loans variable was the most stable with little fluctuations. The three variables fell from 1999 to 2001.
In 2008 two of the three variables (Construction and Land development loans and1-4 Family Residential Property Loans) fell substantially until 0 and a negative percentage respectively.
