Project Manager

Project Delivery Managers are the single point of accountability for project delivery and customer escalations. Project Delivery Managers are accountable for the projectscope, schedule, budget and resources that ensure customer satisfaction of all project orders. Although Project Delivery Managers are the single point of accountability for project delivery, they maydelegate some accountabilities or decision authorities to other functional roles as they deem appropriate.

Project Planning:
1. Providing project plan input, including delivery milestones and risk assessments (e.g., abilityto execute), as part of the Bid and Proposal process led by the Customer Team/Account Management/Bids & Proposals Team
2. Ensuring Statement of Work (SOW) is developed that conforms withcontracted deliverables
3. Coordinating with the Project Scheduler to negotiate schedule changes internally and externally to meet customer’s dates, provided such changes do not impact costsor result in actions which would trigger the accrual of damages to BT
4. Recommending rejection or re-negotiation of a “Petición de cambio” if scope of work or schedules cannot be metProject Requirements:
1. Establishing program/project requirements through defined customer deliverables, schedules, and reports
2. Defining requirements and guidelines forproject communications plan
3. Supporting the Change Management Process and securing agreement on all Change Orders with the customer
4. Coordinating, with the Technical Liaison, theresolution of issues related to technical integrity of the solution and feature commitments
