Puebla Gov. Mario Marin Torres and capital Mayor Blanca Alcala Ruiz signed an agreement earlier this week to extend nindingof the "Popular Pavement" program, worth 350 million pesos. In a workingtour of the capital on Tuesday, Marin and Alcala inaugurated the paving of streets in the Tres Cruces, Lomas de San Miguel and Universidades neighborhoods.
