Destruction of habitats

A habitat is a place in an ecosystem in which an organism lives, it is the naturalhome of an organism. Nowadays all kinds of habitats are being destroyed by human or natural causes killing all kinds of animals and plants, or makingthem flee away.
There are many causes for this ethical dilemma, but one of the major causes for habitat loss is deforestation, deforestation is madeby people to build cities and roads, and this kills many trees and destroys the habitats of many animals that depend on them such as birds, squirrels, deers and rabbits; because of this, they are forced to search for another place to live.
There are other ways of habitat loss such as wildfires, causes by climate change caused by humans, and agriculture, used to grow crops and food for people.
We know that the major responsibles for habitatloss are the human beings. Laws have been established to prevent habitat loss, one of them states that you need to plant two trees for every tree youcut, this helps to have a sustainable environment. There are also foundations that protect areas such as the Conservation Law Foundation and theIUCN, and there national parks all around the world that protect species and habitats such as Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming and Tongariro NationalPark in New Zealand.
Besides this, everybody can help preventing habitat loss by taking care of the environment and respecting what the law says.
