Venus Nahir Guevara de RojasDEVELOPMENT OF DOCTORAL RESEARCH AND CONFIGURATION OF THE LEARNING PROCESS GENERATED ACCOMPANYING”.

INTRODUCTION
The current live in a complex society whose needs and characteristics are undergoing a steady and rapid development. The dizzying and innovative areas that are found in different areas of society, manifested in all branches of knowledge and in all institutions and social partners.
Inthis line of thought, it is of utmost importance to accompany the process, which gave individuals a powerful mechanism for development of the doctoral thesis work.
The interest in the process of accompaniment is appreciated by the set of interrelationships and peculiarities surrounding the situation. This interrelationship is no requirement to pay special attention to the human component.
Basedon the idea that any relationship is and has personal characteristics and evolutionary processes that confers distinct characteristics in each situation.

I.-BACKGROUND-THE PROCESS: THE EXPERIENCE OF A NEW STUDY IN CULTURE
Process accompaniment for the development of doctoral research was a decision that I raised from the month of June 2007 after the presentation of the research aptitude test(DEA).
This initiative arose as a result of efforts such as student received a doctorate in terms of consultations. Like the reconstruction of a mental process that brought the accompanying chart or perhaps valued ideal way in my expectations. Aspects related to the harmonization dialogue and balance that were received during this process.
When a person makes the decision to relocate to acountry with the intention of acquiring knowledge or confront as my case is on the individual situation of ecological transition with a high potential impact for its development. Few changes that affect life at the same time, and with such intensity at various levels in the environment by using an example contratastado transition involving changing role and incorporation into a new environment, thisshift of international order implies changes in the institutional and cultural context in which it develops the person. Using terminology (Bronfenbrenner, 1987), we could say that affected the micro-system, the macro-system and exo-system.
So, specifically the transfer from one culture to another is changing on a continuous basis to the individual in all its dimensions: the social roles andinterpersonal environment affects both the immediate and socio-cultural context. In this way, we see that the individual is involved in the act of making decisions that help you find new sources of motivation and / or encouragement, to the same extent that you are experiencing changes in the nucleus of the key links that instigate and maintain their and psychological functioning (Bronfenbrenner, 1987)Obviously, we have a situation of existential breakdown, that presents the situation as a conscious decision to move with urgency to the confrontation itself from the emergence of the individual.
Under such a circumstance, it is necessary to be able to articulate all the factors involved in an experiment to study such that the person performing this role will have acquired a set ofqualities-very particular skills to the accompaniment.
II. CHARACTERIZATION OF EXPERIENCE ACCOMPANYING PROCESS
The experience developed by the accompanist in this case has generated not only personal growth and cognitive development of their own and together as well to address situations involving the powers of research training from a holistic perspective, combining aspects of reconstruction and...
