Companies around the world have changed rapidly due to the affects of globalization. To be a successful business person now a days you need to have in consideration a lot of differentconcepts on how to communicate. When you deal with different countries you need to be aware on their culture, concepts of personal space, rules of social behavior, how to approach to that other person,etc. While being in contact with people from different cultures can cause misunderstandings and conflict, but it can also lead to increased opportunities for learning and new experiences. Religiouscultural differences are important in the workplace due to the effects they have on company food choices, work availability and gender dynamics.
