RESUMEN

TITULO: DIAGNÓSTICO DEL MERCADO DEL SERVICIO DEL GAS NATURAL ENCOLOMBIA

AUTOR: Carlos Alfonso Aparicio León

CONTENIDO: El estudio está basado en el desarrollo de un Plan de Suministro de gas para Colombia durante el período 2009 - 2018. La presente investigación muestra los problemas que presenta el modelo actual de competición en el suministro, la comercialización y deltransporte del gas natural que prevalece en Colombia, en su mercado y su regulación. Esta investigación permite esclarecer estos problemas, así como permite dar algunas soluciones a los mismos y como complemento y valiosa contribución, se presentan algunas alternativas para el suministro y el transporte de gas natural en Colombia, seleccionando la mejor alternativa basada en la Matriz dedecisiones aplicando el Método de Min Max Regret. Esta investigación aún avanza con la realización de un Software que busca equilibrar a todos los agentes del sector gas dentro de un Modelo Matemático.

This investigation still advances with the offer to realizea Software that seeks to balance to all the agents of the sector gas inside a Mathematical Model.
