A bad holiday
José: Good mornig, can I help You?
Eduar: Hello good morning, we like to make a complaint about our room and trip in this resort.
José: I’msorry to hear that. What exactly was the problem?
Eduar: First of all the bus taking us to the hotel broke down and we had to wait foro ver two hours in the hotsun
Manuel: Then when we got to the room and we found it hadn’t been cleaned.
José: Oh guys, did you complaint to the hotel chambermaids?
Eduar: Of couse, butsomeone told us all the chambermaids were off duty.
Oropeza: that’s nota ll. the people in the next room sounded like they were having a party
Manuel: Wewanted another room but the receptionist told us the hotel was full.
José: Oh, it’s amazing! What a bad answer.
Eduar: And to complete the day all the food inthe hotel restarant was really bad.
Manuel: It is so bad we had toe at out all the time even we paid for meals in the Price of our holiday.
José: I apologize. Iwill offer you a 10% discount on the Price of one of our autumn breaks as a gesture of goodwill.
Eduar: A 10% discount, you must be joking. I will see themanager.
Oropeza: Yes it is a por discount! What a joke!
Eduar: guys we have to go right now, let’s look another resort to past our vacations… we have had so manyproblems here… Hawaii won’t wait for us…
