Ingredients for the dough:
• 200 grams of wheat flour
• 120 grams of warm water
In a bowl mix the flour with the warm water until dough forms. Once ready, letstand half an hour and then cut into smaller rolls. Stretch each bun in a circle, like a tortilla and then fill book.
Ingredients for the filling:
• 100 grams of ground pork
•100 grams of minced leeks
• 1 teaspoon Ajinomoto
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 pinch of pepper
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil
•½ teaspoon minced ginger
• 4 teaspoons cornstarch
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir continuously until well blended.
Assembly: Taking a mass cover and take aspoonful of filling in the center. Then, close shaping pie, pressing slowly from one bank to another, so that the filling does not go out when cooked.
Cooking: Heat a wok with a littleoil over medium heat, place the dumplings and let golden brown. Add a cup of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes. After the cooking time, and are ready to be served. These dumplingsaccompanied nicely with the following dressing:
Sauce dressing:
• ¼ cup Chinese black vinegar (aromatic)
• 4 teaspoons minced ginger
•minced garlic to taste
